jednoduchá dohoda s majitelem, "nestandardní" požadavky splněny takřka obratem, dostatek prostoru pro 6 i více lidí, dostatečně vybavené, blízko k vodě i lesu (vodáci, cyklisti, běžci), klidné místo, dostatek parkovacích míst.
byli jsme zde opakovaně, nenapadá mne nic konkrétního, co bych sem mohl uvést.

Apartmany boli pekne. Kuchynka kusok mensia, ale nicomu to nevadilo. Spravca nam mal predat kluce, ale nakoniec ochorel, tak sme vsetko riesili s majitelom a kluce sme dostali cez bezpecnostnu schranku. Dakujeme za pekne ubytovanie pri Lipne, uzili sme si to.
Chybali nam nejake sacky na separovany odpad, ktory mal kontajnery hned vedla apartmanov.
