Mobilheim prostorný. Kemp je příjemný, čistý, klidný. Kousek od kempu super koupaliště v Únanově. Dobrá lokalita na výlety i koupání.
Vrzající podlaha téměř v celém mobilheimu. Shrnuté lino v obývacím prostoru. Nedostatečné vybavení kuchyně pro vaření. Vrstva vodního kamene v rychlovarné konvici. Nevymetené spodní skříňky linky. Mrtvé mouchy a vosy pod polštáři gauče. Nestabilní ( rozvyklaný) větrák. Chlupaté ( nevysáté) rohožky. Při velkém dešti zatékalo okénky dovnitř ( u gauče a jídelního stolu).
