The location, view, room size, two separate spaces and balconies.
The maids had done a terrible job in cleaning the studio before we arrived. I had to complain and call them to do it a second time since there was hair and sand on the floor, food leftovers in the drawers, etc. The second try was better but still not great so I had to clean it myself at the end.
