Très bel appartement, complet, soigné et à bon rapport qualité/prix. Le propriétaire est très réactif et la personne faisant l'intermédiaire, également et très agréable et disponible.
Le seul bémol, mais c'est un détail, est le parking très limité (4 ou 5 places), mais il y en a d'autres un peu plus loin et on peut facilement se garer devant, le temps d'un chargement ou déchargement.
