Omjer cjene za pruženu uslugu - realno. Parking ispred apartmana. Relativno blizu centra za pješačenje.
Treba adaptaciju definitivno. Barem generalne popravke (kauč, odvod, gljivice u kupaoni na zidu i sl.)
