    I recently stayed at the Sheraton Can Tho, Vietnam. While the hotel has many strengths, there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest drawback is the elevator situation. There are only three elevators serving the hotel, and during the weekend the wait time was consistently 5–7 minutes. The elevators are also quite slow. In addition, neither the elevators nor the hallways are air-conditioned, and there is very little air circulation, making them warm and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the guest rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wonderful selection of fresh fruit and desserts. The pho was especially outstanding and one of the highlights of my stay. I had originally planned to extend my stay for a few more nights, but because I wasn’t feeling well, I decided to check out early. What truly impressed me was the outstanding service from every employee I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. I especially want to recognize Nguyen Thai Hung at the front desk. He handled both my check-in and check-out professionally, was warm and pleasant throughout, and noticed that I wasn’t feeling well when I checked out. He kindly offered me a few bottles of water before I left. It was a simple gesture, but one that reflected genuine care and hospitality. The exceptional attentiveness and kindness of the staff more than made up for the shortcomings of the facilities. Their service made a lasting impression on me, and because of them, I would definitely return to Sheraton Can Tho on a future visit.

    I booked a Grande Suite, first they never reply earlier that there is no connecting room for this type of room. When I reached there then I get to know then the hotel just told me, rooms are fully booked that left me with no choice. Secondly, when I go into the room there is an India smell that is so disgusting and I wanted to vomit. 5 star hotel having this kind of room. But they did put a diffuser of lemon grass smell after I told them to do so. Overall, not a good experience to stay there.
