Casa Feliz offers spacious and supremely comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people in complete and blissful privacy. A beautiful detached three bedroom property with an unbeatable combination of light, space, this villa, surrounded by a beautiful fragrant Mediterranean garden and just the most sensational lake views, offers guests the very best in home comforts within a peaceful and secluded setting, but still only a couple of minutes drive into Iznajar.
This property has been designed for the ultimate relaxation experience! Situated in a quiet and natural environment, with its own swimming pool overlooking the lake, it truly is breath taking.
Beyond the private pool, the hillsides slope away into the valley and toward the lake, with pastoral olive groves filling the distance in between.
There are many outdoor areas to enjoy, including the swimming pool with a further, separate, fabulous sunbathing terrace with stunning views, a dining veranda with a BBQ area and enclosed rear courtyard.
From the patio, doors open into the dining area with table and 6 chairs and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The kitchen area leads into a utility room and the downstairs family shower/bathroom. Also on the ground floor is a spacious lounge with modern wood burner, TV, comfortable reclining sofas and doors to the downstairs double bedroom with doors leading once again onto the terrace.
Doors from the living area open onto a secluded courtyard at the rear of the property.
A marble staircase leads you to the first floor where an additional two bedrooms and bathrooms can be found.
The very spacious master bedroom, with balcony overlooking the lake and pool, has a super king size bed with ensuite.
The second, twin room, with en-suite WC and hand basin, also has a balcony with lake views.
Casa Feliz offers a perfect setting ideal for two, family reunions or that much needed time with friends. The property oozes a simple and relaxed style and is the perfect base for exploring the wonderful and varied region of Andalucia.

We have had the most wonderful stay. Our hosts were very attentive and the villa is absolutely stunning and incredibly well equipped. It was a fantastic stay. The pool is brilliant as are all the terraces and balconies.Would highly recommend.

Very good commuication with the nice host. Easy check-in. Very nice place with an amazing view. Nice pool and many deck chairs and places to be outside. The host has also made it very cosy in the evening/night with lights surronding the house. When we where there it was really really hot (a chance you will take when you travel in july and you will have a heat-wave ;)) It would have been really really nice if there had been air-con in the house just to use on the very very hot days. There are fans in the house and it helps off course to make sure you keep the doors closed during the day :)Also a recommendation to the host when we had a small issue during our stay, which they handled and took care of right away. Overall a very nice house and stay.

Perfect place to stay. Nice pool, great garden, clean house. Giuiia and Steve are very friendly and helpful. Cordoba, Granada within an hour drive, Sevilla also possible. A variety of restaurants in thr neighbourhood.

5th - 11th Sept 2018.A lovely property with a splendid view. It was peaceful, yet not isolated with Iznájar a short drive away. Rute is worth a walkabout, and Antequera is definitely worth a visit although avoid Mondays as quite a lot closed. Perfectly situated for Cordoba, Granada and Malaga - all around an hour away by car.Giulia is very welcoming with lots of local knowledge. She was there if you needed her, but otherwise very discrete. The directions she supplied to various places were perfect and made our visits much easier. There were pleasant surprises both on our arrival, and our departure which was a lovely touch - thank you Giulia :-)The house itself was very clean, comfortable, good taste and had everything we needed. Overall Casa Feliz deserves its name and is a perfect place to spend a week or two in Andalusia.
