Przestronny apartament, nadający się dla dwóch rodzin, duży taras
łazienki wymagają odświeżenia oraz wyposażenie kuchni bardzo słabe, nie gotowałam, ale kanapkę robiłam - nie było poddtawowej rzeczy deski do krojenia, brak czajnika elektrycznego, polecam dokupic jakieś akcesoria kuchenne

Alloggio funzionale con tutto ciò che serve per una perfetta vacanza a Novalja. Posizione fantastica di fronte al mare e vicina al centro. Pochi minuti di macchina da Zrce e da tutte le altre magnifiche spiagge. Parcheggio TOP per chi arriva in macchina!
L'aria condizionata è presente solo in cucina e non nelle camere, ma nessun problema se si lasciano le finestre chiuse e le porte aperte! Cuscini migliorabili, per il resto scelta top per Novalja!

very spacious 2 on suites. kitchen appropriately equipped for the price. owners very welcoming and check out fast and easy. they offered to hold out luggage until we left also.
the location was all under construction which ruined the views a little but in a year or 2 I reckon it will be amazing

Nice view. Very close to the beach and 5 mintes walk from the center of Novalja. Friendly owner.
Very very very old equipment. Apartment clean, but the shower was completaly black from mold - the owner put new silicon after we told her. We missed a lot of useful staff like table knifes (there was not even one), 2 glasses for 4 people, in bathroom no light bulbs - the owner brought them on request, no towel hooks (we must hang it on water connection), 2 rolls of toilet paper for whole family for 4 days. In the kitchen the faucet remained in my hand. Guests must count with a noise from other apartments every night and early mornig becouse of young party groups. It can handle with earplugs which we got at the pharmacy :)
