Heel vriendelijk personeel. Heel veel dieren (brulapen, verschillende vogels, …) gespot vanuit de Lodge

Niet genoeg variatie in het ontbijt.

Pour couper de la frénésie de la ville et profiter à 200% de la nature c’était parfait, le personnel était vraiment adorable, toujours souriant, à l’écoute et attentionné !

La première nuit nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir du riz avec des fourmis dans l’un de nos lit, cependant le personnel a été très compréhensif et nous avons pu changer de chambre sans souci

The included breakfast was good and prepared fresh and the open air dinning room is great with hummingbird feeders and feeders for other birds as well next to the dinning area so you have a great view while you dine. The hotel offers many excursions including a not to be missed guided boat trip on the Rio Juan Carlos to the boarder with Nicaragua. A short drive away the hotel owners own a large forested property with trails which you can walk at no cost but I would recommend the guided trip so as not to miss anything!

Not much we didn't like but just note that you need to reserve for your lunch and dinner. I'm not sure why as there are no other restaurants in the area but I guess you could eat at another lodge in the area.

Le guide pour le tour de bateau et tour de nuit est génial !

Parking boueux. Une fenêtre ne fermait pas à clé (problème connu par tout le personnel), le gérant ne m'a pas proposé de changer de chambre, mais a résolu le problème avec un manche à balai. Je ne me sentais pas en sécurité.
