The view, the cosy living space, the shower, the balcony, the location is close to beach/shops/parties. This section of Heliopolis wasn't too noisy, which we loved. Didier, the gentleman who showed us to our flat, was very helpful and friendly. We loved speaking with him via Google Translate (as we sadly know such little French!) We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.
Would be nice to have more beach equipment. 2 sunlounges to take to the beach would have made it perfect!!! You could possibly replace the microwave with a combination oven (for heating up the incredible quiche we would buy every other day!)
