About this villa rental
VILLA OASIS Our beautiful 3 bed 2 bathroom villa is ideal for a family of 6. Situated in urb Oasis a small unspoilt village just a few miles inland from the lovely sandy beaches of La Marina. Only 5 minutes walk away you will find the urbanisation of La Marina which offers bars, restaurants, English supermarket and banking facilities. The property stands in its own grounds with orange, pear & lemon trees, barbeque area and superb private pool where you can enjoy leisurely afternoons on the shaded patio and if it gets too hot step inside to fully air conditioned accommodation.
If its beaches you are looking for you have some of Spain's finest closeby - La Marina (10 mins), Guardamar (10 mins), Santa Pola (15 mins), Torrevieja (25 mins), La Zenia (40 mins). If its golf your after Costa Blanca have some of the finest courses in Spain and we are told there are 30 courses within 1 hours drive of the villa. 4 Star courses that are well know Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campomar are only 25 minutes away.
With plenty to explore Torrevieja is well worth a visit. The old town with its attractive marina, port and nautical club has a warm and welcoming ambience and will appeal to those who look for a relaxing pace of life in true Spanish style. The shops, markets, bars & restaurants cater for all tastes. The palm tree lined promenade transforms into a bustling market on summer evenings. Nearby is a large and exciting Aqua park, ideal for children and adults alike. There are many other beautiful places like this to visit during your stay picturesque villages, long sandy beaches and beautiful marinas. We highly recommend Cabo Roig and San Pedro to name but a few!
The villa is equipped with all the home comforts you would expect. The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven hob & grill, microwave, kettle, air fryer, toaster, Dolche Gusto coffee machine, Nutri Bullet, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser. Ironing facilities in fact everything you need if you decide to just relax and eat at the villa.
The Lounge is comfortably furnished with reclining sofa's. For your entertainment there is a Portable bluetooth sound system and Smart TV which is logged into Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ with 'Villa Guest' profiles for you to use and enjoy. The Villa enjoys very fast Broadband internet access (over 150mbps) which is complimentary subject to a fair use policy.
The bedrooms are individually furnished and all have Air- conditioning units installed. All beds have clean bedding and all guests are allocated a beach towel and a bathroom towel.

Departure clean and linen is included @ £110 per booking
Additional mid holiday clean is available which needs to be arranged with us before commencement of your holiday at a cost of £80.
25% booking deposit (only refunded if cancellation over 90 days before rental commencement) required with the balance due 6 weeks ahead of arrival.

Security deposit of £200 payable with your balance to offset in part or full any breakages or damage to property (refundable within 7 days on satisfactory inspection by cleaning company)
Owners Cancellation policy
Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 90 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Any refund for cancellation 30 days or less before check-in date is purely at the discretion of the owners.
Changeover Day:
Changeover days are normally Saturday but may be flexible. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am unless otherwise agreed.
Flexibility out of season for weekend breaks is available.

We had the most fantastic holiday here. It was perfect. Quiet position, excellent facilities a beautiful villa, great sized pool. So clean. One week just wasn’t long enough, we were very sad to leave We will definitely be returning.

Excellent facilities, everything was well thought out & all on one level. Ideal for family or friends, tho’ 2nd (Jack & Jill bathroom) is very small, & is shared between a double & a twin room, it was too small for a disabled (amputee) guest in our party to get her wheelchair in, & the main en-suite had a 4” or 5” step into it. However, this did not deter from a wonderful stay.

We stayed in this villa and it was absolutely stunning, it had everything you can think of. The pool was fab and the water temperature was perfect. All the rooms had AC which was a godsend as it was so hot. Also the fridge/freezer was fab ice on tap. The outside area was spotless, just make sure you have pool shoes as the tiles get very hot. The host supplied pool towels which was great. There's a 65inch TV inside with a soundbar which is really good. Down the bottom of the garden, and over the wall is a peacock and peahen which i loved and would go down and say hello to them every day. The only thing that the villa didn't have was a shopping trolley, as i won't drive abroad, we always relay on one to do our shopping. Overall i give it 10 out of 10.

We stayed here in June 2018, a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The villa is very clean, well equipped, with a great pool, perfect size and depth. La Marina urbanisation is basically a very large estate of homes and villas and it is bordered by the villages of La Marina and San Fulgencio. The villa is within an 8 minute walk distance of a cluster of shops and restaurants and the urbanisation is dotted with similar clusters of different sizes. A car is recommended to get to the beach (lots of grass like seaweed in the water while we were there, not sure if this is the norm) and Guardamar del Sequera is well worth a visit for an evening meal and stroll by the sea. The area is very quiet but we knew this before visiting and it was what we were looking for. We got great information from the owners before travelling which proved very handy for exploring the area and there was a lovely welcome pack on arrival.
We did have a few problems with the villa while there which is why I am rating the villa a 3 instead of 5. The water heating system had to be replaced while we were there as we had no hot water from Day 2, this was rectified by Day 4 but the installation of the new system then caused further problems, the air conditioning went in two bedrooms, then the power in the back bathroom and then the television. With three teenagers and the World Cup and Love Island on while we were there, this caused some angst and of course because I had booked the villa, it was all my fault! The trip switch kept going and we had to reset the electrics at the top of the road on numerous occasions so ended up just using one appliance/shower at a time which took a bit of planning with 5 of us. The beds in the villa are low and quite hard which may not suit everyone. We had planned on barbecuing at home but the barbecue area was not in a good state and was unusable.There was a bad smell in the bathroom off the main bedroom which was there for the full period of our stay but we have come across this before in Spain so it may be just a general issue in the summer
For the money we paid for the villa, we did expect it to be in tip top condition and we felt we should have got some recompense for the problems we encountered as a goodwill gesture as the issues that arose did put a damper on our holiday. We have houses rented ourselves and would always be very conscious of compensating customers for any inconveniences if problems arise while they are staying with us.
