Spacious house, large balconies. Beautiful view and design.
Bathroom only have overhead shower, so it’s quite tricky if you don’t want to wet your hair. Warm water in 2nd floor is limited. Kitchen utilities : need scissors and bigger glass. Would be nice if they can provide additional cooking supplies

1. Location is good 2. Bedrooms are comfortable 3. Good value for the money
1. Water is not running smoothly, sometimes a bit slow, also smell bad. 2. Both bathrooms are not clean. 3. Plates, glasses, cutleries are not clean

There was a cockroach in the kitchen cabinet. Yikes ! And they provide no baygon/insect spray.
The bedroom is fairly clean.
