Spacious and bright apartment located on the second and last floor of a terraced house surrounded by greenery but a few meters from the lake. The apartment is about 90 square meters, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, consists of a kitchen plus living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace and is equipped with several amenities, including: fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable sofas, a 42 'TV with satellite and digital terrestrial system, free wifi internet, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a clothesline and a cot on request. The terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake is equipped with a large table with 6 chairs and a parasol. Barbecue on request. Also you can take advantage of a reserved car park inside the courtyard of the property. It 'a perfect apartment for large families, for those who want to enjoy days of relaxation in a quiet and peaceful place on the lake and for those who love sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, hiking, cycling, etc.)

Lovely apartment in a quiet, residential area of Navene, approx 3 miles from centre of Malcesine. Well equipped and clean. 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with sloping ceilings, so watch your head! A short walk down to lakeside beach, which was great. We lived our stay in the area.

Wonderful apartment with a great view and good a host.

Flat was very clean, plenty of room. Main double bedroom's velux window blind had been nailed down so unless you opened window the room had no daylight, lighting in family room was very dark for me, as the same in main bedroom, (especially as the room had no daylight). But other than that the place was very well kept. Not suitable for people who have mobility problems as it is up 4 flights of stairs, and on the side of the mountain, so walking is very tiring. Plenty of space to park your car, and next door to the local tennis courts. Overall a nice flat, with great views, and close to the lake, going down the steps. Suitable for a young family.

Herrliche Tage am Gardasee

Die Begrüßung mit Kaffee und Keksen war sehr herzlich, die Wohnung ist einfach top, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Perfekt, dass ein Parkplatz dazugehört und die Aussicht ist natürlich unschlagbar! Nach Navene ist es ein kurzer Fußweg bergab. Hier gibt es einen Strand, Spielplatz und 2 Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Elisabetta war spitze, immer zu erreichen und Tipps gab es auch! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen hat Elisabetta zeitnah und hilfreich geantwortet! Einfach super. Die großzügige Küche lud zum Kochen ein. Der Ausblick zum Gardasee ist sehr schön. Besonders bequem sind die Liegestühle auf der Terrasse, um zu relaxen. Für den, der die Ruhe sucht ist der Wohnort ideal.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die knarrenden Zimmertüren beim Öffnen und Schließen.In der Stille der Nacht, weckt man dadurch auf, wenn Jemand mal zur Toilette muss. Ansonsten gibt es Nichts zu beanstanden.Alles Top 👍 Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Gastgeber sind suuuuper herzlich und die Wohnung sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir bekamen sogar Spielzeug für den Zwerg und der Strand in der Nähe ist auch super für Kinder, mit kleinen Spielplatz! Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren bereits vor Jahren schon einmal in dieser Wohnung und sind wieder gekommen, weil sie eine sehr gute Lage hat, sehr gepflegt ist und eine traumhafte Dachterrasse hat. Daran hat sich nichts geändert. Alles extrem sauber. Und offensichtlich auch eine neue Einbauküche . Die ausreichend frische Handtücher. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Eignet sich auch hervorragend für ein paar mit mehreren Kindern.

Wir, zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kinder 15,13 und 9, hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Malcesine. Elisabetta war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch hat super geklappt. Das Appartement war ausserordentlich sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse mit der tollen Aussicht. Am Strand von Navene haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Der Weg vom Strand zur Wohnung ist zwar nicht sehr lang aber recht steil und daher für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuss sind evtl etwas beschwerlich. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist unbezahlbar. Elisabetta bzw ihre Eltern waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei evtl Fragen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und würden unseren Urlaub iederzeit wieder dort verbringen.

Super ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung und sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern!! Für uns waren die Betten in Ordnung. Evtl. erwähnenswert der recht steile Anstieg für Fußgänger oder Fahrradfahrer und ab 08.00 Uhr wird nebenan Tennis gespielt.

Die Wohnung ist toll und sauber, das einzige, was etwas schwierig war: die Betten waren etwas zu hart... Elisabetta ist toll, zuvorkommend und sehr nett, die Wohnung ist groß, super gelegen mit tollem Blick über den Gardasee, hat alles, was man braucht und trotz der harten Betten würden wir dort sofort wieder Urlaub machen! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Liebe Grüße an Elisabetta!

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Durch die Dachterasse hat man einen wunderbare Möglichkeit, den Gardasee auch im Sitzen so richtig zu genießen! Nur die Betten - Matratzen und eiserne Bettgestelle waren leider nicht sehr angenehm zum Schlafen. Das ist einfach wichtig: dass man auch gut schlafen kann - leider ist das ein Manko!

die Wohnung an sich ist gut ausgegestattet, die Terasse ist wunderschön. aber der Kopf ist hochgradig gefährdet. Ich hab mir so den Kopf am Dachflächenfenster/Kante angeschlagen ich hatte eine 6 cm lange Beule die sehr nachhaltig war.
