One of only a few front-row, beach-level units, this recently updated condo (Winter 2026) offers a partial ocean view and direct beach access via a private pathway from the patio door—an ideal setup for easy beach days.
The unit features three bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed and TV, a second bedroom with a king bed (can be converted to two twins upon request), and a third bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. There is no sofa sleeper.
Relax in the comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV with satellite service and a cozy fireplace. A complimentary Presto log is provided for each night of your stay. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for guest use.
Guests may use the indoor heated pool. There is no hot tub access.

Space had plenty of room for a family of 6. Kids appreciated the separate twin beds. So much great space outside and beach was amazing.

About 100 yards from our door at Gearhart by the Sea. We come here because of the well maintained properties. We didn’t cook in at all even though we bought groceries to at least cook breakfast. The chance to go down to the beach is awesome and to watch sunsets while sitting on the beach, We always enjoy our stay in Gearhart and are very appreciative of of the comfort of the facilities.
