Albergo El Pulpo, Bayahíbe

Pleasant accommodation, smaller rooms but with a table and a fridge, fan and an AC. On location pub with beer and option for breakfast we didnt use. Easy parking. Slight walk to the beach, 700-1000m,depending on which beach you choose. Close to the main part of the city without it being too noisy. New bathroom, good water pressure, hot water.

Staff does not speak english and speaks too fast spanish. Not the warmest, but we had no issues. No place to dry clothes, almost no hangers in the room but I asked for some and got them.

Best location. Very short walking distance to everything needed during our stay in Bayahibe: Dive Shops, Restaurants, Beach 🏝️😎 Inner parking area & not a long drive to superb beaches & water caves . 🪨🍙🌴 🫡Respeto 🐈‍⬛

Place nearby the port to board boats to Saona Island, and also to the bus station to go to either Dominicus or La Romana. Comfy and wide rooms, AC included, clean restroom, and the place is quiet so you can get good rest. It counts with hot water but you really don't need it there. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor and they count with balcony which is a great add-up. Staff is friendly and helpful if you have questions. It has some parking spots for those that bring their vehicles.
