Apartment in a panoramic and well-located attic with parking space located in a quiet and sunny residential area, consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom and a living / kitchen area.
Furnished and equipped with everything needed for weekly and seasonal stays.
Color TV, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, central vacuum.
The house is not equipped to accept animals and smoking is prohibited.
Summer: Very close to the playground, supermarket, sports center with soccer field and equipped with tennis, rafting, mini golf, archery, bike rental and municipal library.
Winter: Very close to the Marilleva 900 ski lifts located at 1800 meters, the attic is warm and welcoming thanks to its wooden construction.

L' appartamento è molto confortevole, pulito e comodo. La posizione è ottima ed è in centro. Si trova sopra la coop e per chi ha bambini, di fronte c'è un grazioso parco giochi, si possono fare molte attività e piacevoli passeggiate. La Signora Mariangela ci ha accolto come in famiglia è stata gentile , disponibile e molto affettuosa... Se torneremo in Val di Sole sicuramente contatteremo questo appartamento... E' stata proprio una piacevole vacanza !!!

bellissima posizione con tutti i servizi ( s.market parco bambini ecc. ) a portata di mano.

posto ideale per riposare e punto di partenza per numerose escursioni massima disponibilità da parte della signora mariangela, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Siamo da poco tornati dalla Val di Sole ed abbiamo soggiornato in 4 nell'appartamento Nogaiole,2 adulti e 2 bambini. Lo abbiamo trovato accogliente,confortevole,caldo e pulito,inoltre dotato di tutto il necessario:stoviglie,elettrodomestici,ecc. In posizione comodissima,vicino al centro del paese,con parcheggio e fermata dello ski bus per Marilleva sotto casa. Nel medesimo stabile è presente anche un market. non manca neanche una bella vista sui monti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Consiglieremmo sicuramente ad altri questa casa vacanza e la terremo in considerazione per il futuro.Salutiamo e ringraziamo la Famiglia Pangrazzi.
