About this house rental
Casa Valle Niza is located in a beautiful and quiet private urbanization on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar). The typical Andalusian houses are carefully distributed over the urbanization and each have a beautiful terrace with views of the sea, the beach of Almayate and the mountains. The urbanization has a large communal pool with plenty of space for sunbathing. The pool is completely fenced for children. In addition, you can enjoy the common areas of our neighboring urbanization including a gym and paddle court and a children's pool and playground for the little ones.
Casa Valle Niza has on the ground floor a spacious and bright open plan living and dining room and a modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.
Air conditioning, smart tv and wifi are available.
In addition, there is also a separate toilet.
Outside there is a breakfast terrace on one side of the house. On the other side you have your own parking space.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. The master suite (queen size bed 160 x 200) has its own balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The other 2 bedrooms (1 with queen size bed 160 x 200 and the other with 2 single beds) share the second bathroom with shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the top floor there is a spacious roof terrace/solarium with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains and a BBQ area. A lovely place to enjoy your day in the evening.
Casa Valle Niza is an idyllic spot just 500 meters from Almayate beach. This is one of the longest unspoilt beaches of the Mediterranean where you can still enjoy the sun, sea and sand in peace. Here you can completely relax and fully enjoy your Andalusian holiday.

From that date, all tenants of tourist accommodation in Spain must register before the check-in date. The registration link will be sent to you by email. La maison est spacieuse et très propre. On a beaucoup aimé le toit terrasse avec son coin repas et ses transats ainsi que la vue.
Il nous a juste manqué un plateau pour monter la vaisselle sur la terrasse (2ème étage).
La résidence n'est pas loin de la mer et on peut y aller à pied.
La piscine est agréable, pas toujours très propre par contre.
Mais ce ne sont que des petits désagréments, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location !

Die Anlage und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten z.B. (Eierbecher) die leider gefehlt haben, perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 Personen und sehr modern (IKEA) ausgestattet. Man hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Ausblick direkt aufs Meer. Im 1 OG bei den Schlafzimmern gibt es nur Ventilatoren, dies hatten wir in der Beschreibung anders leider verstanden.
1 Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Wohnzimmer.
Man benötigt zwingend ein Auto, da der nächste Einkaufsmarkt rund 5 KM entfernt ist.
Wenn man etwas mehr Luxus oder Komfort möchte, ist man in diesem Anwesen absolut gut aufgehoben.
Sollten wir wieder nach Andalusien reisen, würden wir die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Bis jetzt die schönste Wohnung die wir bis jetzt in Südspanien hatten.

Diese Unterkunft kann man ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Die Eigentümer sind super nett und hilfsbereit.
