Villa built in 2014 in a fenced and secure property with electric gate, it has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a laundry room, a terrace and a 6x3m swimming pool heated. The property is planted with trees and has 2 secure parking spaces. The villa is located in the village of Togna, located in the countryside, quiet, with the advantage of being 5 minutes from Solenzara and all amenities.

This holiday-home is one of the rare examples, where reality is much better than the pictures, you see in the description.
Beautifully located in the hills above Solenzara, with seaview-terrace, pool, spacious living-areas incl. large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All rooms with air-condition. Super clean, modern interior, quality built, offering just everything you need to enjoy a rememberable holiday. Far enough away from tourist traffic.
Several beaches within 10-15 min. drive time.
Solenzara is an ideal starting point for several daytrips in south-east Corsica.

We had a fantastic week in this house. The house is modern and well equipped. Wifi was available and worked flawlessly for us, streaming from Netflix worked perfectly.
We had all our meals on the large balcony overlooking the sea, and the rest of the time at the house was spent by the pool, which is placed in a private area on the side of the house.
The location of the house was just what we wanted, a very quiet area up a hill, with nice views towards the sea. Within a short drive you have Solenzara with restaurants, boulangerie, supermarket etc. There's also very nice beaches close by - we can recommend Canella which also has good restaurants.
Christophe and his wife were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful, and available to answer all our questions.
We would definitely consider staying again if we come back to Corsica!

Everything, from the first contact to final check out worked smoothly.
The house was cleaned and nice, everything that is needed for a holiday is included.
The only thing that we reflected upon is the layout of the house. The only access from the house to the pool area is through a bedroom. And there is no access to the pool area from the balcony. So you don’t have visual access over that area from kitchen or social areas. So, if you have smaller kids (we have not) you could experience that it might be tricky to oversee.
But again, not an issue for us. So everything was perfect for us.

We had a delighted stay in this wonderful house! Everything is new and of good taste. The bed-linen is perfect, a practice and well-equiped kitchen. Christophe and Charlotte have welcomed us very well in their lovely house. Very attentive, they proposed us to arrive early to allow our little one to get a sleep. We had a wonderful time and we enjoyed beautiful beaches of Canella, Favone and Fautea. The spa is extremely relaxing and there is also a nice barbecue. Don't hesitate to ask them the restaurants' adresses. It was magic and we warmly recommended this house.
