The owners were very nice and helpful with everything. The small house has everything you need and more and you have a lot of privacy. Very beautiful and sweet town. We had both of our dogs there and they also enjoyed the freedom in the yard since everything is perfectly enclosed. If you are going in that area I would recommend staying there! 10/10 Thank you guys for the lovely stay Justin

The property is done up in a modern way and we were impressed with the amount and range of equipment, especially in the kitchen. Always nice to see a toaster included. Perhaps all it lacked was something on or dangling from the corner of the hood which I must have banged my head on a dozen times! We were there during a heatwave and the nights were very hot; we had to work out a system of juggling with shutters, blinds and open or closed windows to minimise the temperature which was a bit tricky especially when the mozzies were around. There was plenty of outside furniture (though the table could do with bracing to firm it up).The town is delightful and there are lots of others villages and towns nearby that are very attractive and we found a good network of walks of various length to do locally. We loved the countryside with its vineyards giving way to woods and the woods giving way to open pasture. Further afield, we were able to take the dog on lots of crosscountry ski tracks or general forest roads and paths and even up the chairlift at Col de la Schluchtwhere we had a great walk around at the top and back down. We dont see black redstarts or hobbies in/from our garden in the north of England, nor do storks nest on rooftops nearby so these were birdwatching treats for me.We had a very good meal at the restaurant in the centre of the village (the first of the two adjacent ones on the left) and there was a good ambience there as darkness fell. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday in a very nice house.
