About this apartment rental
The apartment of 30 m2 is located 100 m from the beach and 20 m from the shops of Carcans beach. The location is ideal!
It has a separate bedroom (recently renovated) with a double bed 140x200. The main room includes an equipped kitchenette and a living area with a sofa that converts to a double bed or two single beds (trundle bed). The bathroom (recently renovated) has a toilet, sink and shower.
You can also enjoy the fully enclosed terrace. It includes a covered part to stay in the shade!
A parking space is included in the rental, you can nevertheless park easily and free in the street of the apartment.
A cot and a high chair are available for free.
An annexed and secure storeroom will allow you to store your surfing material or stroller. A washing machine is also available.
The bed linen is provided with supplement: 20 euros for the double bed, 15 euros per single bed. Please inform us when booking if you opt for this service.
Bath towels are not provided.

Der kleine Ort Carcans ist sehr angenehm, hat alles was man so braucht (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants)... Wohnung ist in einer super lage, alles super.

Een van de beter onderhouden woningen van het complex. Gunstige ligging bij centrum en zee. Eenvoudige en doeltreffende boeking en afhandeling verhuur.

Gut gefallen hat uns der schattige Sitzplatz unter dem Baum auf der Terrasse. Das wichtigste aber ist das tolle Meer und der Ort mit seinem Flair. Positiv war auch, dass wir mit Theo einen freundlichen Ansprechpartner in Carcans-Plage hatten. Da wir den Fernseher nicht nutzen konnten ,weil unser Französisch dafür nicht reicht, hätten wir uns über einen CD-player gefreut.
