New cozy, modern and functional ground floor with pool view terrace, deck chairs, outdoor hot tub, bicycles, barbecue, shared outdoor shower. The location is great for the holiday, the beach and the various bathing facilities are within walking distance in minutes.

The accommodation is located in a residence with 11 apartments that are rented for the summer holidays.
The air-conditioned studio has 18 m2, on the ground floor, nice and functional, the bed (160 cm x 200 cm), TV (flat screen TV), kitchenette (2 ceramic hobs, microwave) with dining table. The exit to the terrace of 6 square meters adjacent to the pool with deck chairs, umbrellas and 5-person jacuzzi. Excellent choice for a holiday in full relaxation and comfort. Wi fi.
The studio has a great location in a tourist area known Umag - Punta, 2 km from the center of Umag, in a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 meters from the beach. In common grounds 1'500 m2 (fenced) with well-kept garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, open from 23. 04. to 24. 09.). Available: boat (extra). Breakfast available on request (extra). The grocery store and 'only 500 m, restaurant 400 m. The tennis courts are only 200 m, a public playground 20 m away.
All guests of the Residence have free access to the swimming pool, deck, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue and bicycles. Free parking near the house.
Laundry service with additional payment.
* the tourist tax €1.60 per adult per night to be paid in cash upon arrival
* Final cleaning fee €30 payable on arrival to the owner in cash.
* Registration per person € 7 only the first day to be paid locally on arrival.
* The deposit is paid on site 100 €, and returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
* Guests are asked to use the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.
