Stunning 3-bedroom duplex-type apartment located right in the historic centre of Malaga



This very unique 165 square-meter property is spread over two separate floors



The first floor (86m2) consists of a very large bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom (with bathtub), very large closets, open living room with floor to ceiling bay windows, dining room, fully equipped kitchen as well as another double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower.



The second floor (80m2) consists of a double bedroom, bathroom (with shower), full kitchen with adjacent balcony, a living room with TV that gives onto a very large terrace with beautiful views over the city roofs



This distinctive apartment is located right in the heart of the city's pedestrian area, close to restaurants and places of interest. It is ideal for up to 6 people who are looking for privacy while staying under the same roof

Malaga is an incredible city filled with fine restaurants, museums, food markets, and a first class beach. Our flat was beautifully appointed with everything we needed including a wonderful outdoor Terrace we used every day. The staff at Solaga are first class, kind, responsive, and helpful. We are return customers and we will be back again.

The overall experience was good! The location was excellent! Shops, restaurants, beach, clubs and a handy supermarket just steps away! Loved the city vibrant and clean! Nice that they had a few beach umbrella's in the apartment as they are definitely needed. The outdoor patio is definitely a great sell point for this unit.Two drawbacks to this rental unit were tiny throw pillows just 2 per bed were provided. We went out and purchased a few full size pillows and left them for the next guest. The largest drawback was the cockroach infestation on both floors. It is hot and summer in Spain so we would expect to see some but we literally had to sleep with one eye open knowing they were everywhere.My daughter spent the week sleeping on the living room couch. The problem has been around for some time and the landlord/owner has done nothing to address the issue. I did reach out to Solaga with pics and the response was 'what can i do?' Honestly nothing but when the apt is empty fix the cracks,molding,hole in the ceiling and fumigate the unit. Be proactive! I really didn't want to write a bad review but the thought of another family enduring that infestation led me to this.

The apartment was in an excellent location, within walking distance to all the sights and numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

The property is spacious and in a very central location in the old city, convenient for many restaurants and places to visit. The apartment is a little tired, the online photographs are not completely accurate, particularly with regard to the terrace furniture, the key to the front door of the building is difficult to operate and the lock probably needs adjustment, the allocation of crockery and cutlery between the two apartments should be checked. Some minor repairs are necessary, for example, attaching the rods to the curtains in the main lounge and adjusting the showerhead in the upper bathroom to ensure that it does not spray the whole bathroom.Solaga were excellent and dealt with a minor problem very quickly and efficiently.
