About this villa rental
"Bajan Sunset" 35 Forest Hills is a luxury 2 bedroom villa. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and views to the west coast and the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes with a housekeeper who works 5 days a week (Mon to Fri 9-12pm). The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors with the upper floor being open plan with well equipped kitchen, dining area and living space all of which open onto a large partially covered terrace with Weber gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. The terrace has views of the west coast. The ground floor has 2 fully air conditioned bedrooms both with en suite facilities and there is also a further powder room. All linen and pool towels are provided.

Villa as advertised. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable stay. Good communication with owner, manager. Cecily the housekeeper was very nice and pointed us in the right direction for things to see.

We have stayed at Royal Westmorland before and were hoping for a peaceful location. Sadly the villa is immediately next to the road running outside the estate and was therefore far from quiet.
We also had a persistent issue with the water heating which meant we had to remember to switch the heater on and off, that after only cold water for the first few days, because no one explained the problem.
A shame because this was not a “cheap” rental.
