My favorite part about this place was the location- it's tucked in a back corner in town (next to the police station AND the OCEAN!) The views from the balcony were OUTSTANDING - 180 + degree view of the sea- sally light foot crabs and marine iguanas all over the rocks below the balcony. The managers were very nice and the place was very clean and safe. The AC was good and the water was warm for showers.
Understand that this is NOT a fancy place to stay- it's like a really nice back packer type guesthouse with private rooms. Beds were decently comfortable.

Iguanas and turtles from our balcony.
Just to be aware - no filtered water available for drinking, no coffee or breakfast available on site.

Very difficult to find. They must know guests struggle to find the dark alleyway. It would be helpful to guests if they put up a simple sign.
