About this apartment rental

Beautiful and charming ground floor apartment with a large furnished terrace with awnings, with direct access to the pool. It has a living room with Led TV, satellite dish to watch international channels, DVD, 2 bedrooms (one of them with two single beds and the other with a 150cm bed), and 2 complete bathrooms (one of them in the main room). Separate kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, dishes / cutlery and utensils / kitchen. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through hot and cold conduits, Wifi included in the rentals from June to September, bars on all the windows. Fully equipped terrace with awnings, table and chairs. Huge pool for adults and children's pool with large garden, super nice. Garage space within the urbanization. No more than 4 people, no pets. The apartment is very quiet, it has no traffic noise from the Marinas highway.

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue de dos semanas (la segunda quincena de agosto). Éramos dos adultos y dos niños de tres años. Disfrutamos de dos maravillosas semanas. Todo lo que podamos decir es excelente. El apartamento es perfecto, tal y como aparece en las fotos. Esta muy limpio, tiene de todo (toallas, sabanas, menaje completo, etc.). Nosotros no echamos nada en falta, incluso tiene wifi. Para los niños es estupendo, ya que la terraza tiene acceso directo a la piscina. Lo mismo ocurre con la playa, que esta muy cercana. La zona tiene de todo: supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, etc. Vamos que no falta de nada. Lo mas importante, es que es una zona muy tranquila. Si no quieres coger el coche, hay autobuses para ir al centro de Denia, aunque la verdad, es que nosotros fuimos solo un día y por visitarlo, pues estábamos muy a gusto en la zona. Los dueños son muy agradables y te orientan de donde comer, que visitar, etc. Lo recomendamos 100%, tal es así, que volveremos al año que viene.

Hemos pasado muy buenas vacaciones alojados en Denia. Las fotos reflejan realmente cómo es el apartamento. Es cómodo,completo, tranquilo (septiembre) y bien ubicado. Los dueños Vicente y Bárbara son encantadores. Son muy atentos y si necesitas algo ahí están para ayudarte.

El apartamento es precioso, coqueto y espacioso. La terraza es sin duda, el espacio mejor aprovechado por toda la familia. Una urbanización limpia, tranquila y con una piscina gigantesca. Los dueños han sido encantadores y atentos.Sin duda, han sido unas vacaciones estupendas.
