    I booked this hotel through Agoda for *** including taxes. However, I was charged an additional *** at the hotel without a clear and satisfactory explanation. The most disappointing part was the behavior of one of the front desk staff. His attitude was very rude, unprofessional, and not at all welcoming. The way he dealt with guests showed a serious lack of customer service and professionalism. Another major issue is the Wi-Fi. I was told that Wi-Fi was available and working, but the internet did not work inside my room at all. This was particularly disappointing because reliable internet is an important basic facility for hotel guests. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service, staff behavior, additional charge, or internet facility. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially for guests who require reliable Wi-Fi and professional customer service.

    The place is very clean..Staff are hospitable and helpful..the place is near to jubail city center.they have welcome drink to choose either coffee or juice.the room is very clean and comportable to sleep☺️☺️☺️
