About this chalet rental
Built in 2011, Chalet OMORIKA overlooks the village of Arêches, above Beaufort, with breathtaking views of Les Saisies. From the ski slopes, you can admire the majestic Mont Blanc in the distance.
Designed by its architect owner, this outstanding chalet combines elegance, absolute comfort, and high-end finishes. Every level offers spectacular panoramic views, making it a true haven of peace.
Relax by the double-sided fireplace or enjoy the 70 m² sun‑drenched terrace, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the scenery.
The heated outdoor pool, hidden beneath a sliding deck platform, reveals itself like magic and offers 60 m² of poolside lounging space. The pool operates only in summer.
A two‑car garage plus an additional outdoor parking space are available. The chalet is non‑smoking, pets are not allowed, and shoes remain in the dedicated ski room.

Nous avons adorés nous retrouver en famille dans ce très beau châlet. Parfaitement place et avec un grand confort et une vue splendide. A refaire le plus tôt possible.

Chalet très confortable, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire , Jolie vue sur le village d'Arêches, à savoir Besoin de la voiture pour aller skier,
Selon le nombre de vacanciers il y a beaucoup de couchage mais que 2 chambres avec des lits doubles, le reste sont des lits simples. Le chalet est sur 3 niveaux avec un chauffage au sol beaucoup de fenêtres et est très cocooning.
Jacuzzi et Sauna très agréable après le ski .
Pour Skier Arèches petite station sinon à 40 mn de voiture les saisies magnifique station souvent très enneigée et ensoleilée.

Magnifique chalet, spacieux, chaleureux avec très belle vue et très beau salon/séjour avec superbe cheminée double foyer. Très bien situé non loin du télésiège pour accéder aux pistes de ski. Endroit calme. Manque toutefois de détails important au niveau éclairage car les spots du bar et douche de la suite parentale ne fonctionnent pas…du coup dans la cuisine un peu sombre pour cuisiner etc..éclairage sommaire dans les chambres du haut (lanternes papier) …le ménage est fait en gros (ménage de base) car les étagères au dessus du bar sont vraiment très Sale est collante (nous n’avons du coup pas utilisé les verres qui étaient dessus car pratiquement collés nous avions pris les nôtres) et surtout pas de TV durant tout le séjour car plus de Wifi suite à contrat rompu par erreur par une tiers personne d’après le propriétaire…problème qui devrait être résolu avant l’arrivée des locataires au vue du prix de cette location. En résumé un magnifique chalet manquant d’attention de la part des propriétaires (qui ne sont pas sur place). Sandy qui vous reçoit sur place est très gentille et fait de son mieux mais malheureusement la résolution des problèmes reste limité n’ayant pas la main au niveau gestion électrique, gestion des contrats diverses comme pour le Wifi…..et ne pouvant pas régler certains problèmes qui doivent être parfois géré + par un homme comme pour le problème de la porte de garage ou autre.
