Beautiful Apartment in New Residential Park 50mt. from the lake

We stayed in the apartment the last 2 weeks of August 2015. We were 2 adults and 1 child. We found the apartment extremely clean. It is very nice, spacious, modern and very comfortable and very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and loved it. The balcony is very pleasant and has 2 loungers and a table and chairs. We opted to have the WIFI (extra cost) but we could hardly get an internet connection and when we could connect, it would drop constantly. The location is superb and bars, restaurants, ferry boats are all within walking distance. The lake is 50m away and there is a lovely promenade all the way to the centre. The swimming pool is also very nice and very clean and the allocated private parking space was a bonus. We met Vittorio at a nearby supermarket for the handover of keys and he kindly showed us round the apartment and gave us some very useful information on the area. We recommend a trip to Monte Baldo (cable car to the top of the mountain with stunning views over the lake) and days out to Verona and Venice. This is a superb location for anyone wishing to discover Lake Garda.

We stayed in this apartment with our 2 children. The apartment itself is spacious and very clean with plenty of storage space and everything you could need including a washing machine. The balcony is especially nice with a table to sit and eat on. The pool was large and we had it to ourselves everyday. It was a little cold but it was late August and the kids didn't mind at all. The location is perfect, literally steps from the lake and easy walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. The owners Nicola and his father Victor were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of advice on where to go in the area and recommended restaurants. Nicola also took us on a boat tour around the lake which I would highly recommend. We will definitely be going back soon.

the best part is the balcony but the chairs in the kitchen and on the balcony are a torture to the vertibral column. We stay there 12 days ,we only had 1 set of towels ,so we are forced to use the washing machine. After 2 days the coffee-maschine get broken , I phoned with the owner and he told me that he will inform his son about my call, but nothing happened till our departure The pool is closed for some work I did not get any information about this in advance.
