I really liked the house and also the location!
Old house so it was a little bit noisy when people walked around in the night. I suppose it was because of the wooden floor. But everyone was considerate so it wasn't big issue.

Very clean room with comfortable bed and calming interior design. Lovely atmosphere and communal area made it easy to meet fellow travellers, good security on doors. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.
The bathroom is shared, but I didn't mind that as the other people staying there were considerate.

Good location, close to trainstation and citycenter. Nice room. Clean bathroom. Good kitchen.

Access codes everywhere - we actually did not see anyone from the property, so you cam say that you have intomacy.
It was too cold diring the night - maybe for the locals the temperature was fine. ai also did not like the type of “shower” wheee all the water goes on the floor. Pillows were awfull - considering the price they could at least invest in decent pillows and bed linen.
