Location, nice surroundings, owner, fully equipped apartment
Worn-out mattresses (probably old with dent in the shape of body in the middle) on squeaky beds.

Marija is a super host. She is super friendly, caring and helpful. We had the apartment with the big balcony, which was really nice. The apartment itself is quit big with everything you need and it has a separate bedroom. It's close to Bled, Ljubljana and Bohinj (by car) and far enough to get away from all the buzz so you can relax. We had a nice stay.
The apartment lies close to a small road which is used as a shortcut in the early mornings during the weekdays, so you do hear the cars drive by when you sleep with the windows open.
