About this villa rental
Villa Anna Maria is situated on the South side of Kefalonia in the resort of Skala, one of the most popular resorts on the Island. Famous for its beautiful long sandy beach which stretches over 4 Kilometers with the villa being only 40 M from the beach, its nothing more than a short stroll down to the sea and a 5 minute walk into the friendly center with your nearest supermarket being only a minute's walk away. With its traditional village square and church there is a lovely laid back vibe with plenty of Taverna's, Cocktail Bars and Restaurants to work your way through.
This beautiful 2 bedroom villa is Air Conditioned throughout with free WiFi and is a blend of contemporary and traditional design, with a spacious open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area. A ground floor bathroom, Shower and WC with single wash basin. From the living area the patio doors lead out the private roman style pool, Free Pool Towels provided, BBQ and covered terrace area with dining facilities. The first floor leads into the two bedrooms with en suite facilities in both. Bedrooms offer a king size bed or Twin Beds, Spacious wardrobes, balconies with seating areas with sea views. Maid service twice weekly.
Set in beautiful mature gardens the villa offers wonderful views out to sea from both the garden and 1st floor balconies and has private parking. Set in a superb location nestled on the outskirts of Skala you can simply choose to spend your time relaxing around the pool perfect for those lazy summer days or taking advantage of all that Kefalonia has to offer as one of the most idyllic Greek Islands. With Ithaka and Zante just on your doorstep you will be spoiled for choice.

From the moment we booked we had no doubt the villa would be fabulous. The owners were warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!
The villa and grounds are beautiful, you cannot help but feel relaxed and take it all in. The location is amazing, a few minutes walk to the beach and fab beach bar and about a 10 minute walk along the sea front to the village full of restaurants, bars and shops.
Kefalonia has captured our hearts and we cannot wait to return to the villa next year!

After 3 years of planning and 2 years communicating with Elaine and Tasos we finally made it to Villa Anna Maria for our wedding. They have been so accommodating from the word go, ensuring that whatever we needed was arranged even with last minute flight changes! A gorgeous, personal welcome made us feel special and excited for our big day.
The villa is set in a well kept garden with a gated driveway making it feel very private, with the convenience of the supermarket close-by.
Elaine and Tasos checked in with us regularly, ensuring our stay went as smoothly as possible. At the end of our two week stay the villa and surrounding area genuinely felt like home, we were so sad to leave and aim to return regularly.

We loved every minute of the holiday.
The Villa is lovely & has everything you need. We were kindly left a welcome basket which was great fully received after arriving late in the night.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & lovely views out to sea.
we had some great meals in the tavernas along the seafront & in the town. Having the supermarket so close was handy.
We were spoilt with the weather.
The holiday was just what we needed &
Our son loved it all too.
We definitely recommend this beautiful Villa & We look forward to the next trip.
