O hotel é bom, foi minha primeira experiência all inclusive, achei que tinha bastante opções de comidas e bebidas. A equipe é bastante atenciosa e cordial. Ideal para familias com crianças.
O happy coffe (cafe da tarde) é, em geral, fraco. Poucas opções e pouco saborosas.

Mofo no quarto, comida ruim, bebidas de baixa qualidade, ambiente barulhento incompatível com descanso, serviço lento (destaque especial para a hamburgueria nesse quesito, mas vale para tudo)
