The staff become like your family for the week, we had long days of work and we were delighted to stay here after a long day. From the front of staff to waiting staff and to the drivers , absolutely excellent! The food here is to high standards and breakfasts are yum and filling! Loved our room and my parents stayed in another room called lake como super lovely ! The location is excellent and as we will be back and forth I will choose this hotel over the others for some of the reasons I have mentioned .
Gym is good maybe update the weights a bit yet minor input .

The breakfast was above expectation. The waiter Michael was fantastic with his service; told me all the options I have and suggested some few things before I made my decision.
