It was very quiet during our stay but there were no other guests as far as we know. The house is amazing. Kitchen is very spacious and well appointed. Wish we had brought food to cook. Very nice common areas especially the dining area. We really enjoyed our stay

Bed is a little too firm for one of us but thats a personal preference.
