Розташування, гарний орендар, чесні люди. Господар апартаментів знизив вартість враховуючи незручності з водою.
1. Не відкривається вікно у другій кімнаті через це душно і спати не можливо в ній. 2. Не було води через ремонт у самому житловому комплексі, її не ввімкнули коли було озвучено на ресепшені.

Коли бронюєте це помешкання, уважно дивіться на адресу, бо гарні фото, красиві заголовки та відстань до центру можуть не відповідати реальності і замість проживання у центрі недалеко від набережної, ви опинитеся на лівому березі Дніпра. Щодо квартири за адресою Луговська, то варіант непоганий, поруч атб та МакДональдс, є гаряча вода, посуд є, але перед використанням краще перемити, з мінусів - дуже неприємний запах у квартирі. Було холодно, усюди на підлозі плитка. Безконтактний вхід це дуже чудово, але все одно ви будете на телефонному звʼязку з власником. Дуже великий мінус це передплата на карту, вперше на букінгу в мене такі умови.
