About this apartment rental
Newly renovated two bedroom modern apt. with two beds in one and three beds in the other. Large kitchen/dinning room leading out to a private courtyard. Located in the center of Malta. 15 minutes from St.Julian's. Transportation within 300 meter .
We have just renovated our spacious apartment which can accommodate 5 people comfortably. There is a very large kitchen/dinning area .You will find all you need in the kitchen like a modern microwave, toaster, an electric kettle and all cooking utensils. There is a very comfortable living room for relaxing and watching movies or listening to music. We have a very cool place with fans within the apartment.s.
This apartment has an amazing private courtyard for relaxing outside in privacy. Your entrance also has a private entrance. There is free WiFi and TV cable..
You will not be bothered during your stay. Of course Will and I are there should you have any questions about your accommodations, or about places in Malta you would like to visit.
There are many Village feasts all around the country starting in late Spring into the Fall.
The neighborhood.
There is an unobstructed view of the countryside. The house is situated in a quiet Neighbourhood with large open landscapes. We are in the highlands so the view from our place is spectacular. There are convenient stores and other good shopping within the area. There is a pharmacy and our main hospital just around the corner. There is also Malta University just next to the hospital.
Getting around
This place is very central. Public transportation is about 300 meters away. Malta's entertainment and shopping areas are about 15 minutes away. Same goes for Valletta, a baroque city which will fascinate you. Our beautiful beaches are 30 minutes away at the most. Once again buses or taxi's can be arranged, or private drivers. Scooters and cars may be rented and for the adventurers, bicycles.

A Beautiful spacious, light and airy apartment with very pretty private courtyard garden to relax in. The garden also had lovely plants and shady areas to escape the glaring sun if you wanted to. It was a real bonus to be able to enjoy sitting outside and also well away from the road so it meant it was completely private. Thank you,

Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche, saubere und sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit eigenem kleinen Innenhof, in der und in dem man seine Ruhe hat und sich erholen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren umgehend auf Anfragen.

Logement agreable, avec du charme et tres bien place pour la visite de Malte. A 15 minutes en voiture de La Valette et Mdina .
Les proprietaires sont discrets mais a l'ecoute des votre arrive.
Aucun probleme pour stationner en voiture, sinon le bus est a 200 metres a pieds. Si vous rechercher le calme , tout en etant rapidement sur les lieux a visiter, alors n'hesitez pas.

Arrived around 10 pm, difficult to find as no lighting or visible name / number in the dark did message host but she didnt reply for over an hour, finally managed to find it but there were no outside lights or any sort of welcome, the apartment was lovely and big also clean but not bright and sunny, no air con but there were fans in every room unfortunately because the apartment is enclosed there is no air circulating through so fans were just blowing hot air around which made it very uncomfortable to sleep I think maybe plug in portable air conditioning units would be better, also advert says lovely views, not from the apartment there isnt, its a courtyard surrounded by walls so you have no views of anything, it says garden furniture but there are only 2 chairs, also a security light or camara just outside door started sparking and went bang twice but the host said I was lying about it, dont understand why I would, I told her and asked if all was ok , had it blown a circuit, unfortunately I checked out early I was too uncomfortable staying there it was too hot and isolated with no views, I think the advert needs re-wording
