Beautiful ground floor with garden prepared for three people, in a residential area and very quiet; with supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants very close.
It is about 7 minutes walk to the city center.
Facing south, it has a terrace table and chairs, sun loungers and umbrella for the garden. It has no barbecue.
All furniture is two years old. It has two 135cm and 160cm beds (this last sofa bed). It is delivered with sheets. Towels for stays of 4 or more nights.
It has heating.
Private parking plot.
Pets are not allowed.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Elena. Le logement est bien équipé et nous avons apprécié le jardin. Le centre ville est accessible à pied et Elena donne volontiers de bons conseils. Nous recommandons ce logement.

En general bien esta cerca del pueblo pero hay mucha cuesta para llegar al piso cuesta muy muy empinada, nosotros cogíamos el coche para todo porque la playa esta a más de dos kilómetros no a km y medio como pone el anuncio.
Respecto al piso tuvimos algún problema el jardín sin cortar y el garaje la puerta no habría cosa que se tendría que haber comprobado para el alquiler y tuvimos que dejarlo en la calle, hablamos con la dueña una persona amable y la verdad que se preocupa por si necesitas algo pero habiendo reservado desde hace un mes la solución era esperar una semana a que vendría y la verdad no nos pareció bien que no se hubieran hecho las cosas, aparte cuando se limpia una casa hay que sacar la nevera y comprobar que no hay comida por abajo porque cuando llegamos al de dos días olía muy mal y nos volvimos locos sacamos la nevera y había comida podrida con muchos bichos y tuvimos que limpiarlo cuando eso no nos corresponde, cosas buenas la cama es cómoda y el sofa tambien, utensilios de cocina hay de todo y nos dejaron una cuna de viaje
