The property is nicely maintained, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary.
It is a little further from the center of Eger without a vehicle - about a 20-minute walk.

Okrem závesov boli na oknách okenice (aj keď namontované dosť ďaleko od rámov okien), takže sa dalo urobiť prítmie aj cez deň. Priestranná plocha apartmánu. Za lepšieho počasia záhrada na kávu, grilovanie apod (ale nemali sme vhodné počasie). Parkovanie hneď pri vchode na pozemok. MHD hneď na ulici. Komunikatívny a ochotný majiteľ. Príjemný interiér. Čisto. Nadpriemerné (ale nie až luxusné) vybavenie. Väčšinou tiché prostredie.
Dlho musím hľadať nejaké nedostatky.. Sprchovacie kúty majú konštrukčnú chybu, že voda je na dlážke v celej kúpeľni a treba to po sprchovaní postierať. Ale to je maličkosť. A ráno v piatok a sobotu často jazdili okolo nákladné autá, buď na stavbu alebo skládku a pod., moja žena sa na to budila skôr než bola vyspatá. Mne to nevadilo, som na mestský hluk zvyknutý.
