Seating uncomfortable - should change to a proper settee

I wish I could rate it higher! The property was excellent, well appointed and very comfortable. The views are amazing and the warmth and welcoming nature of the host and property was world class; it was evident that our host Alex loves the land and takes pride in sharing it with others from the wax sealed welcome letters, attentive service and small details around the property. I purchased the Serraglio wines, which were amazing, and enjoyed breakfast overlooking an amazing view of Tuscany each morning. I walked the vineyard and olive grove and found myself at the 300 year old oak pictured on their website. I cannot speak highly enough about how my family was treated and the simple elegance of this place left a lasting impression.

Beautiful location, stunning view, very calm quiet place, an enchanting gem near the beautiful city of Montepulciano. Alex made our stay great, giving advice on secret locations to visit. The appartment is brandnew, well equipped and comfortable. Great location to visit Val d’Orcia and Chianti region. Highly recommended!

Only thing to be careful is the entrance gate which is in the curve of the road so be very careful when turning to the entrance of the house.

The property is breathtaking. Alex was very kind & went above to ensure we were comfortable our entire stay. Great cooking facilities & easy access to local towns for restaurants & shopping.
