Everything!!!! Beautiful, quaint, relaxing, homey. Alex was helpful and attentive. The pool was great. Scenery 10/10. We would definitely come back again.

Set in the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany, a quick drive to Montepulciano, Tuscan Rellais II Serraglio was a dream to stay at. Alex was very communicative and was so accommodating to anything we needed. The cottages are quaint, rustic and clean, full of charm. The pool was a special touch. Although we did not use it a lot, it was relaxing and beautiful. Waking up to the beautiful sunset was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
The pool was not heated and the hot tub was luke warm. But these are minor.

If we could give this property 20 stars we would! The setting is even more beautiful in person and the cute little cottage was so cosy and comfortable. But what blew us away the most was how helpful Alex and his brother were in any requests that we had. We eloped while we were staying in Tuscany and Alex helped to make our day so seamless and relaxed. And sunrises at the pool were just MAGIC - make sure you get up for one! This will forever be such a special place to us. Thank you Alex & the fam 🙏🏻🥰
