Between the house and the sea are just few rooftops, feeling the life of the neighbours. His lazy chair for drinking coffee in the morning and wine or grappa in the afternoon and evening are on the spacious terrace overlooking the town and the second one in the intimate garden dominated by 30m pine tree!

The house is in the centre of the small car-free city, everything is in 3 minutes walking distance. The green market, fish market, grocery, coffee shops, romantic tavern/restaurants are on the doorstep.

During the day you have great choice of different beaches, bays all over the coastline and clean, wonderful sea.
Recently we activated our line-pool of 8m long. Being in the heart of the old town it is very demanding to maintain and we use it from May until October. i

The house in newly refurbished, fully heat/air-conditioned, with combination of old furniture and modern appliances.

You can jog, walk, swim, snorkel, windsurf, cycle , be active in the sea and in the nature.

The surrounding of Rovinj is beautiful Istria, full of old cities, villages, wineries, olive trees, oyster farms, nature….
