We are at the center of a region of the most 'beautiful in Italy. A sunny land Prodicus of nature, art, history. You can 'enjoy the sea or take unusual routes to discover castles, Trulli, rock dwellings.
Ostuni is easily accessible by day, called the city 'white, the Trulli of Alberobello, Caves of Castellana, Zoo Safari Fasano, the Itria Valley, the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, the Itria Valley, the city' of Lecce. The Aereporto of Brindisi is 22 Km, 100 Km to Bari.
The villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay for guests. You will be at home. In the village there are restaurants, pizzerias, shopping centers, PENNY MARKET, LIDL,
EUROSPIN.
The structure, set in the countryside of ancient olive trees, furnished with classic furniture, and 'consists of 2 bedrooms, one double, the other with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchenette, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a veranda , TV, air conditioning, household appliances. La maison de Michele est très agréable, de bonne taille et très propre. La maison est mieux que sur les photos (le réfrigérateur est tout neuf par exemple). Les extérieurs sont très jolis est bien entretenus, le terrain est grands avec pleins de fruits et des oliviers. Le quartier est assez tranquille et proche de la ville et des commerces.
Michele est très sympathique et prévenant, il s'occupe de tout ce qui n'est pas forcement agréable (poubelles, eau,....). Nous avions de quoi boire et manger un morceau en arrivant ce qui est agréable après 1600km....

La villa è in campagna ma non lontana dai negozi. Il paese è tipico è fornito di tutto e si raggiunge con una passeggiata anche a piedi. Michele è un ospite accogliente e premurosissimo. Tutto splendido!

La casa di campagna di Michele, se non sbaglio ricavata da una tipica lamia, sorge nella campagna immediatamente fuori il paese di San Vito dei Normanni (ad 1 km di distanza)
E' immersa nel tipico paesaggio di quest'area... ulivi, fichi, fichi d'India, piante da frutto, piccole palme....è una casa fresca, dotata di un patio lastricato davvero ampio, con due verande, un pozzo, altalena, parcheggio interno comodissimo e lavatoio con spazio per stendere.
L'arredo interno è essenziale, ma funzionale, ci sono la tv e l'aria condizionata, e, su richiesta la wi fi (funziona benissimo...): la pulizia e' ESEMPLARE.
Il valore aggiunto, per chi apprezza queste sfumature, è la vitalita' del paese di San Vito, che sa far rivivere e condividere le sue tradizioni popolari, culturali, musicali e gastronomiche.
Le spiagge (specchiolla, torre guaceto....) sono a 10 km (veri) di auto, facilissime da raggiungere e molto "semplici" da vivere...
20 minuti da Ostuni, 10 da Brindisi, 30 da Lecce...
Michele ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi, con semplicita' e gentilezza (pomodori, fichi e bottiglia di vino locale....per dire) dimostrandosi premuroso ed attento ad ogni nostra esigenza: consigliato!!!

Il posto ideale per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza, tra gli ulivi e all’insegna del relax. Ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento, grazie all’accoglienza e alla disponibilità del signor Michele. La villa è davvero confortevole e attrezzata, pulitissima, perfettamente intonata allo stile dell’Alto Salento con il suo bianco e il colore dei fiori. Stupendo il giardino e i diversi angoli relax realizzati all’esterno. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere la riserva naturale di Torre Guaceto ma anche Ostuni, Carovigno, Mesagne… Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!
