Villaggio Marco Polo

Villagio Macro Paolo was one of the best locations in Santa Dominica. Short walk down the mountain to the private beach and a short walk down the beach to probably the best snorkeling grotto ever experienced. There was a private elevator that you could use to go up and down the mountain to the beach. We walked down and took the elevator up. We hardly used the private pool but it was very nice. The sunset views were spectacular. The appartements were down the hill a bit from reception and to the town so expect a climb when walking to town.

We did not read the fine print when booking through booking.com for out stay, as we got a good rate, but it did not include towls or toilet paper (which we did not know about). Reception was gracious enough to give us one roll to get through the night until we were able to hit the local supermarket. But I find it very strange that when booking a hotel that we would need to supply our own toilet paper. A bit frustrating. Other than that, everything was great.

Alap felszereltség volt, lehetett volna tisztább és az ágyak is nagyon kényelmetlenek.

Die Lage

Die Ausstattung des Appartements war sehr gering. Die Küchenutensilien ließen zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen davon, wir waren 2 Wochen dort, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nie gewechselt. Ein no Go!Das Appartement wurde auch in dieser Zeit nie geputzt.
