Herzlicher Empfang, Zimmer sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht, Frühstück superlecker, persönliche Ansprache, ob alles passt und noch was auf dem umfangreichem Buffet fehlt, frische Spiegeleier auf Bestellung, alles wird schnell nachgefüllt. Toller Biergarten, extrem leckeres Essen. Nähe Legoland (20min), auch nach Ulm nur ein Sprung. Kommen definitiv wieder, wollen noch zu dem Urmu (Museum für Urzeit) und Höhlen in der Nähe. Danne für alles

The friendliest staff. Very welcoming.
We had 4 comforters, one of which was clearly not clean. It was covered with cat hair. We had one of the top most floor rooms, which had no rolladens or blackout curtains. The shower only had body wash…no shampoo or conditioner. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were too thin.
