The location was excellent, offering a beautiful view of the beach. The compound was quiet and secure, making it ideal for a peaceful family retreat. The outdoor area of the villa was also very pleasant and well-suited for relaxation.
The bathroom facilities were outdated and not very clean, which made us uncomfortable to use.
There were no provided toiletries, and a strong sewage smell was present throughout our stay.
The bathroom setup was also not suitable for children (in terms of cleanliness)
Additionally, we were asked to check out at 10 AM, even though the standard checkout time is usually around 12 PM. The communication style felt abrupt and could have been more customer-friendly.
