This was a surprise to us and far exceeded our expectations. The accommodation and staff were excellent as was the breakfast. The gardens are worth a visit in their own right even in the current drought and as hotel guests, we had exclusive early morning and evening access outside of normal public hours. Will we be back? - yes for sure!

Another visit for us north bound and as usual the Chateau did not disappoint .
As mentioned on a previous visit, the car park for overnight stay could be a little closer and more convenient,

Ambience was excellent and the staff friendly, courteous and professional.
Parking could be closer for chateau guests.
