The rooms were very clean. Staff were exceptional. Very fast service and very willing to help. Very convinient location inside a mall complex and next to Kamwala market. The room was soundproof in a very calm location.
The room is a bit small and the wifi wasn't very good especially for holding virtual meetings.

Location is great for Lusaka CBD
I had to request a room change as the first allocated room was dirty with cobwebs. That said, staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly allocated me another room which was quite comfortable.

Location and close to CBD
Not enough staff to clean up during breakfast. Buffet breakfast food finishes because of greedy clients who don’t have regard of other clients. Time I was there, they had a huge clientele and breakfast time wasn’t really awesome.
