The location was very convenient for our party and its proximity to the event. Tour de Big Bear
One of the beds was saggy and one guest had to sleep in the living room

The hosts were very friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. We needed to contact them for a minor question and they responded within less than 2 minutes. The location was perfect and close to Bear Mountain. The cabin had plenty of amenities and was perfect for 8 adults over New Years.
Hot water took a long time to get hot and some remotes didn't control the tv's.
