About this house rental
Sifnos house, in the quiet village of Exambela at the centre of the island. Beautifully renovated old village house with newly built additions (2009) and ample outdoor space.
Beaches 15-20 minutes by car. Main village Apollonia, with shops, bars, banks etc, 10 minutes by foot. Supermarket and grocery shopping, 5 minutes by foot. Quiet, relaxing house, great for getting families or small groups together, ideal as a retreat, or as a very comfortable base from which to explore the island.

1 room with 1 double/twin bed and 1 bunk bed (sleeping 4) with its own bathroom
1 twin room, used as spare room , not much privacy with WC.

If one were to imagine having a cottage in Greece this would be it. We loved the different spaces to enjoy the day; sitting out on the front nook watching the sun come up with a hot coffee, hiding from the sun in the courtyard for lunch or dinner at the great room dining table, the fresh breeze flowed through the property and was magnificent.
Each couple had their bedroom and bathroom in different buildings which was an unexpected bonus and really great nice for having some extra privacy at the end of the day.
Warning: once you find your routine- knowing where the best beaches are, coffees, restaurants, buying your groceries and produce down the lane, parking the rental car on the square, - you might never leave.

Lia's House is beautiful and very well located. It's convenient for the shops and restaurants in Appolonia, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of space and it is well equipped for a group. Lia is very responsive and helpful

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve dans cette très belle maison, idéalement située, sur une île magnifique.
Maison très agréable avec plusieurs terrasses. Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité de la propriétaire. Juste parfait !
