Gyula központjában elhelyezkedő szállás, gyalog könnyen megközelíthető minden, kis bolt, fürdő, vár, vendéglők. A közös helyiségben található sütő, nagyobb hűtő és 2 automata kávéfőző is. Itt vannak fűszerek, cukor, só, ha főzni szeretne az ember. Apartman konyhája jól felszerelt, a főzéshez -étkezés hét van minden . Konyhai kisgépek is szuperek.
A belső kis pihenő udvarban a fotel lába kitörve, pingpongasztal merevítő hegesztés törött, illetve az egyik lába hiányzott így billegett az egész.

Az apartman mindennel felszerelt amire szukseg van egy kenyelmes pihenesre, kave es tea ingyen fogyaszthato a kozossegi terben, Az udvar nagyon szep es izleses, sutesi lehetoseg, A hazigazda nagyon kedves es segitokesz sok hasznos infoval es program lehetoseggel ellatott. Evek ota jarunk Gyulara, biztosan meg visszterunk erte a szallasra, csak ajanlani tudom.
