Все было просто чудесно ! Мы заехали на виллу уже после обновленного ремонта . Все ухоженное , чистое . Ничего не воняло !!! Свежие полотенца , постельное белье , туалетная бумага , вода . В кухне есть все для удобства . Кофемашина - чайник - плита - духовка - микроволновка, посудомойка + капсулы для мытья ! Так же есть прачечная , стиральная машина + есть капсулы для стирки . Не хватало только сушилки )))) Бассейн чистый , приходил персонал , убирал бассейн и сад ! Вид просто невероятный , особенно на летней веранде с видом на закат !!!! Всем рекомендую , очень понравилось !

Бассейн хотелось бы с подогревом , особенно в начале весны, его очень не хватало ! Нет сушильной машины .

Beautiful views from this house of the ocean and part of Funchal. House was in a quiet neighborhood and close walk to cafes, restaurants, and small produce/grocery store. Larger grocery store is near as well. Host met us at the location to give us keys and show us the property and rooms. Our flight was significantly delayed so we did not get in until after 2am, but they still happily met us there (they did charge us a late check-in fee though). They gave us a nice welcome gift of snacks and wine. Overall a very nice place to stay on Madeira with our family. Hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive.

The pool heating was not turned on early enough. We stayed 5 days, but the first few days it was still very cold (I measured the temperature). I don't think it was turned up to the temperature specified. After mentioning this to staff they turned it up and finally on the last two days we could swim. We still had to pay for 5 days of heating, which they should probably partially refund.

The house was great and the views were amazing. Cristo Rei beach was stunning!

Only thing I missed was water pressure in the shower. Had to wait a long time for warm water and when it finally came it came out really slow.
